Recreational Gymnastics/Dance Teacher

We’re seeking an energetic and caring Children’s Movement & Aftercare Teacher to lead fun, active classes for young children (Pre-K through 1st Grade). The position includes teaching both aftercare sessions and regular movement-based classes throughout the week and on weekends.

This role is perfect for educators, coaches, dancers, or anyone passionate about helping children learn and grow through play, movement, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging, age-appropriate classes focused on movement, dance, and play
• Lead structured aftercare sessions for Pre-K to 1st Grade students
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment for every child
• Communicate effectively with parents and program staff
• Maintain a reliable and professional presence during scheduled sessions

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children ages 4–7 (teaching, coaching, or childcare)
• Energetic, patient, and engaging personality
• Interest or background in dance, fitness, or movement activities (training provided)
• Dependable and punctual; able to manage small groups of young children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
