Recruiter

Golden Bridge Real Estate LLC is looking for a dynamic and creative Recruiter & Content Creator to join our team. This role combines traditional recruitment responsibilities with digital content creation, particularly video production, to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging video content for social media and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various real estate roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and social media for talent acquisition.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Create engaging recruitment and employer branding videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment content with company branding.
• Stay updated on video content trends to enhance engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Experience with video creation, editing, and social media content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
