Recruiter

We are looking for energetic and motivated Recruiters (Freshers to 2 Years of Experience) to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various job roles, helping our clients find the perfect match.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from clients (IT & Non-IT roles)
• Source potential candidates through various channels – job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal database
• Screen resumes and conduct initial Screening Calls
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Update and manage recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing (internships count)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
