Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Handle initial HR discussions and salary negotiations.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

The candidate should be proficient in sourcing, screening, conducting initial HR rounds, and coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Handle recruitment for BPO/KPO, IT & Non-IT, and bulk hiring requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.
• Conduct initial HR discussions and support salary negotiations.
• Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across BPO/KPO, IT & Non-IT, and bulk recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
