Job Description – HR Recruitment & Client Services
- End‑to‑end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for various roles.
- Client liaison: Interacting with hiring managers, understanding requirements, and ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Candidate experience: Managing communication, sending offer letters, joining formalities, and follow‑up.
- Data management: Updating ATS, maintaining recruitment databases, and generating daily/weekly reports.
- Stakeholder coordination: Liaising with vendors, colleges, and job portals for talent acquisition.
- Basic HR operations: Assisting in employee onboarding, payroll & compliance related queries.
Required Skills
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Internet).
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
