We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruiter
with 2-4 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks.

Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication).

Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly.

Drive offer management, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation.

Work on volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as per business needs.

Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Support recruitment projects, events, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.

Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
