You will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts for both entry-level production staff and experienced management. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from participating in staffing calls and managing job postings, to maintaining consistent candidate communication—ensuring a premier experience for both applicants and hiring managers.

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Assist in creating and promoting job ads across multiple platforms, internal social channels, and local career fairs to attract top talent for high-volume needs.

  • Proactively identify and shortlist top-quality candidates who can thrive in fast-moving, regulated environments.

  • Facilitate initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate alignment with role requirements while providing transparent updates regarding application status and upcoming steps in the process.

  • Ensure a positive experience for every applicant by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the process.

  • Act as the bridge between candidates and on-site leadership to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient time management.

  • Attend and contribute to regular staffing calls with Facility Leadership to forecast hiring needs based on production ramps and harvest schedules.

  • Effectively communicate interview feedback and suggestions to Hiring Managers, ensuring the recruitment process aligns with both business needs and company culture.

  • Travel up to 25% to visit facilities, walk the production floor, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with on-site leadership.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and other HR platforms.

  • Strictly follow state-specific cannabis regulations regarding age requirements, background checks, and agent badging.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Sales, or Hospitality).

  • Ability to travel up to 25% to facility locations within our operating markets (LA, MO, AR, MS).

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Must be able to perform physical activities including standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, pushing and pulling.
