Recruiter

We are one of the leading Recruitment and HR Management Consultancies in Qatar, seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Doha on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for our clients.

This role requires strong computer skills, excellent English communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Doha, Qatar
Working Days: Five and a Half Days per Week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office .
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Those who can join immediately are preferred.
• The CV must carry a recent photograph.

Compensation:

• Full Package: 3, 000 QAR
• Annual Performance Bonus
