Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  • Conduct reference checks on shortlisted candidates before making final recommendations.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must have exposure of Various job portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
