Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Coordinate with HR and management for workforce planning
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Experience in real estate or construction industry is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
