• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in EdTech, Education, or Sales hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good negotiation and closure skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹207,711.60 - ₹350,000.00 per year
