Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Dubai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. The position involves building a network of potential candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both real estate and administrative roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies specific to the real estate or service industry is a plus.
• Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to innovate in the recruitment process.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant certification in recruitment is an added advantage.
