Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the formulation of recruitment system processes and the improvement of related policies.
  • Assist in planning and help draft the annual headcount plan and recruitment plan; support the specific execution of quarterly/annual recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of recruitment channels.
  • Post recruitment information promptly according to the recruitment plan; be responsible for receiving, screening, statistically distributing resumes, and tracking feedback.
  • Be responsible for conducting specific recruitment interviews.
  • Participate in planning and be responsible for implementing the company's campus recruitment and school-enterprise cooperation related activities.
  • Assist in implementing interviewer training to improve interview efficiency.
  • Assist with various tasks in other areas and complete other work assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields; possess foundational knowledge of Human Resource management and be familiar with the basic recruitment process.
  • 3 or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources-related work.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using relevant office software, with some data analysis capability.
  • Strong learning ability and clear logical thinking.
  • Ability to use English as a working language.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
