Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry within GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Manpower/Recruitment Agency in the UAE and must be currently available in the UAE for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Oil & Gas and Construction projects across GCC.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or Construction sector (GCC preferred).
• Prior experience in a UAE-based manpower/recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices and project-based recruitment.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Visa Status: Employment Visa / Spouse Visa / Valid Resident Visa.
• Available for immediate joining.
