We are a fast-growing, family-owned produce distribution company with warehouse, transportation, and office operations. Our team is the backbone of everything we do, and we’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain great people across multiple departments.

Position Overview

The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions, partnering closely with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and compliantly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Recruit for a variety of roles including warehouse, drivers, repack, and office positions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leaders
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain applicant tracking records and hiring documentation
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
• Support employer branding efforts, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred)
• Experience recruiting hourly, high-volume roles a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Experience with ATS systems and job boards (Indeed, social media, etc.)
