After successfully placing our client’s
Director of Recruiting
, the team is now looking for a
driven Recruiter
to partner with the Director and help scale their national Talent Acquisition function. This is a fully remote, hands-on role supporting high-growth hiring initiatives across multiple business functions.
The Opportunity
This is a
high-impact, growth-oriented role
where you’ll support the Director of Recruiting in executing recruiting strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in scaling recruiting processes and supporting the company’s aggressive hiring goals.
What You Will Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions

Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Support the development and optimization of hiring processes

Assist with workforce planning and recruitment analytics

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Track recruiting metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Experience supporting high-growth companies or scaling teams quickly

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to thrive in a
fully remote environment
while collaborating closely with leadership

Passion for helping candidates find the right opportunities

Bonus: ATS experience or background in recruiting across multiple functions
