What You’ll Do

As a Remote Recruiter with our client, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify top talent across specialized industries. You’ll partner closely with internal leadership to build strong candidate pipelines and guide professionals through the full interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates
• Conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills and fit
• Coach candidates through interviews and offer stages
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
• Maintain organized activity within the ATS/CRM
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines
