Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting talent for our growing company.

Duties

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Build relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and engagement.
• Participate in campus recruitment events to attract emerging talent.
• Provide support in employee relations matters as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
• Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
