About the Role

This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and understand how great teams are built.


You won’t just be scheduling interviews or supporting one part of the process. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of hiring, working directly with founders and candidates, and learning how to evaluate talent in fast-moving environments.


You’ll gain exposure to technical, product, and go-to-market roles while developing strong instincts around hiring, communication, and decision-making.


What You Will Do

  • Support full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and business roles
  • Learn how to source and engage high-quality candidates using modern tools
  • Screen candidates and develop judgment around what makes a strong hire
  • Partner with experienced team members to understand client needs and hiring strategy
  • Help create a thoughtful, high-quality experience for every candidate
