Kinsa is recruiting for a: Recruiting Consultant

Location: Remote but you must live in Wisconsin or Minnesota


For more than 40 years, Kinsa Group has been recruiting executive level and management level candidates for the food and beverage industry. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Consultant. The Recruiting Consultant is responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates to fill the Job orders. As a Recruiting consultant, you ensure our success by finding, recruiting & placing top talent that keeps our clients coming back!

  • Associates degree. 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience. Extremely tech savvy.

  • $45k+ base salary (or higher based on experience) plus commission and incentives (which can double that or more)

Key Responsibilities and Goals:

  • Participate in intake calls, communicate with the client to get at obvious and “hidden” requirements.
  • Souring for candidates, using our internal database, LinkedIn, Indeed, AI tools and other resources.
  • Screen candidates to find the best matches.
  • Submit candidates, obtain feedback. Schedule interviews & resolve complications that arise. Manage candidate rejections.
  • Manage negotiations, offers and placements.
  • Maintain extraordinary customer service for candidates and clients, no matter what challenges come up.


Competencies Needed for Success:

  • Associates degree required.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience recruiting required.
  • Required : solid experience placing corporate jobs: sales, marketing, finance, HR, etc.
  • Experience working with manufacturing clients is required. Experience with food & beverage industry clients is a plus.
  • Expertise at writing job descriptions, screening candidates Boolean logic and other sourcing techniques and client relations. A proven track record of providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients.
  • Expert-level technology acumen, eager to embrace & learn new technology platforms including AI. The ideal candidate will have experience with Bullhorn & LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Competitive but collaborative. Patient, highly resilient – being able to handle rejection (and communicate it to candidates) is necessary.
