Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team! In this vital role, you will lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple departments, utilizing your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management to attract top-tier candidates. Your energetic approach will help us build a diverse and talented workforce aligned with our mission of excellence and inclusion.

Pay: $23-25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, flexible - Monday - Friday

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles, including administrative, medical, and executive positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) through ADP.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate employment offers and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external hiring managers and partners through effective communication..
• Utilize a wide variety of resources to promote job openings and enhance employer branding across platforms.
• Initiate background screenings, and verify prior employment and education for candidates.
• Maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles with a focus on sourcing, recruiting, and attracting talent.
• Excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Ability to conduct thorough interviews and employee evaluations both by phone and virtually, while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with lead generation strategies for key positions in medical recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management, research techniques for talent sourcing, and training & development initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
