Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trucking Recruiter based in Taylorstown, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Trucking Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified drivers to meet the organization’s needs. Daily tasks include creating job postings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, verifying qualifications, and managing communication with prospective and existing drivers. Additionally, the recruiter will build relationships with candidates and maintain a pool of potential hires to ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and Talent Acquisition skills, including driver sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment-related reporting tools
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple candidates and priorities effectively
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and requirements, including driver qualifications and compliance standards
• Proficiency in standard office software and technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment combining office and remote work arrangements
• Prior experience in transportation or logistics recruitment is preferred but not required
