Same Day Pay!

$25/hour plus monthly bonus structure per hire.

Responsibilities as Recruiter:

• Full life cycle recruiting of CNAs, Nurses, and other positions as assigned.

• Attend facility, college and other job fairs.

• Accurately maintain ATS (Apploi)

• E Onboarding of candidates for assigned facilities.

• Sourcing through various platforms and cold calling.

Qualifications of Recruiter:

• Must have +2 years recruiting experience.

• Applicant tracking system experience required.

• Experienced in social media and Indeed sourcing.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Willing to travel to facilities, schools, and job fairs.

• Experience with onboarding is preferred.
