Trophy Exteriors is growing fast, and we’re looking for a recruiter who can keep up.

This is not a sit-back-and-post-job-ads role. We want someone who knows how to find people, connect with them, and get them in the door—fast. If you’re competitive, resourceful, and take ownership of results, you’ll do very well here

Position Overview:

This is a hybrid role based out of our College Station office. You’ll split your time between remote work and in-person recruiting efforts. Your main focus will be hiring high-quality candidates for our sales teams across multiple markets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Posting and managing job ads (Indeed + other platforms)
• Conducting phone interviews and making hiring decisions
• Driving same-day or next-day interview turnaround times
• Actively sourcing candidates through social media and direct outreach
• Organizing and executing recruiting events
• Field recruiting (approaching candidates in public, networking, etc.)
• Building a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Collaborating with leadership to hit hiring targets

• Organized and able to manage a high volume of candidates
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Able to handle rejection without slowing down
