We’re seeking an experienced and motivated recruiter to join our BCBA Recruitment team in Hollywood, FL. Where You’ll Make an Impact

As part of the team, you will play a key role in staffing, onboarding, and supporting clinical professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:

Leadership & Strategy

• Support hiring strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified staff.

• Assist in aligning staffing efforts with organizational goals and service needs.

• Contribute to efficient onboarding and credentialing processes.

Team Development & Culture

• Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded BCBAs to ensure success.

• Foster a collaborative and professional work environment across departments.

Program Oversight

• Review case details and match staff based on credentials, licensure, and family preferences.

• Ensure staffing decisions align with regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in staffing processes.

Quality Assurance & Outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams to address staffing challenges, restaffing needs, and resignations.

• Ensure compliance with credentialing and onboarding standards.

• Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Communication & Collaboration

• Partner with onboarding and credentialing teams to ensure smooth processes.

• Communicate effectively with staff and internal departments.

• Support recruitment outreach efforts to maintain a steady stream of candidates.

What Sets You Apart

• At least 2 years of experience thriving in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

• Proven success or strong interest in staffing, recruitment, or talent coordination.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

• Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism (HIPAA compliant).

• Positive, team-driven mindset with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and internal partners.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

• Work Type: On-site (remote work unavailable)
