A Recruiter at Dermatology Partners has an instrumental role for full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with leadership to support growth, ensure compliance, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and operations teams.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
