Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? As a Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce—leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and partnering closely with business leaders to attract top clinical and leadership talent.
In this role, you will:

Own end-to-end recruitment across clinical and management roles—from sourcing to offer acceptance

Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint

Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Leverage multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and more

Lead and influence strategic recruiting initiatives that drive business outcomes

Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to continuously improve processes

Mentor and support team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing TA team
This is a temporary position expected to work full-time hours (40 hours/week). This is a remote role.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)

Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments

Strong stakeholder management skills—you can influence and partner with leaders at all levels

Experience using modern recruiting tools, ATS/HRIS systems, and sourcing platforms

Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
