Position Summary


Job Source USA is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter who can manage recruiting from job order intake through placement in a fast-moving staffing environment. This role supports high-volume hiring across light industrial, warehouse, production, manufacturing, skilled, and technical positions, while also handling harder-to-fill openings as business needs shift.The recruiter in this role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, coordinating starts, and maintaining follow-up throughout the hiring process. The right person understands how to move quickly, ask the right questions, screen for real fit, and keep job orders moving without sacrificing quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned job orders from intake to fill
  • Recruit for high-volume and skilled openings across light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, production, skilled labor, and technical environments
  • Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, walk-ins, outbound calls, text outreach, social media, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate work history, attendance, transportation, shift flexibility, communication, stability, and overall job fit
  • Match candidates to openings based on qualifications, client expectations, pay, shift, location, work environment, and likelihood of success
  • Submit qualified candidates with clear, accurate notes and candidate summaries
  • Coordinate interviews, client feedback, start details, and pre-employment steps
  • Support hiring requirements including background checks, drug screens, MVRs, I-9s, e-Verify, and client-specific onboarding steps
  • Confirm start details and maintain candidate follow-up to reduce no-shows and early falloff
  • Re-engage prior applicants and redeploy eligible talent when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, CRM, and internal tracking tools
  • Work closely with leadership, operations, and support staff to keep openings moving and address issues early
  • Support walk-ins, hiring events, and office recruiting activity as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred
  • Full desk recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting in high-volume staffing environments strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, skilled, or technical roles strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities throughout the day
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bullhorn knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, job boards, and related recruiting tools preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and text-based communication tools
  • Bilingual ability is a plus

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Omaha, Nebraska. The recruiter will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves regular computer work, phones, candidate interviews, desk management, and support of daily office recruiting activity.
