The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and proactive Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In this role, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging advanced technology platforms. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will help you connect with candidates across various channels, ensuring we find the perfect fit for each role.

Role Highlights

• Partner directly with leadership to understand evolving hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent management and succession planning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and extending employment contracts.
• Coordinate employee orientation, onboarding processes, and training & development initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

We’re Seeking

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles within fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of human resources management practices including sourcing, employee relations, contracts, and employment law.
• Demonstrated ability in executive recruiting and community outreach recruitment efforts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of sales techniques such as cold calling and lead generation to proactively identify top talent.
• Resiliency paired with the ability to maintain focus in a high-demand environment.

Pay: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour
