H2O Al Osool Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is critical to supporting the company’s expansion by attracting, assessing, and onboarding high-performing real estate brokers and support staff. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting within the Dubai real estate market and a strong understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
for real estate agents (off-plan and secondary markets) and support roles

Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Conduct
screening interviews and assessments
to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural fit

Build and maintain a strong
pipeline of real estate professionals
within the UAE market

Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals

Coordinate and manage
offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding
-
Work closely with HR and operations to ensure smooth
visa processing and onboarding documentation

Support the development of
employer branding initiatives
in collaboration with the media team

Track and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance

Assist with
offboarding processes
when required
Requirements

Minimum
1–3 years of recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector
(essential)

Strong understanding of
off-plan and secondary property markets

Proven track record of hiring real estate brokers or sales professionals

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Familiarity with UAE labour laws and visa processes is an advantage
