Job Summary As a Recruiter at Swiss Connect Solutions, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across a range of sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with internal team and client companies to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
- Source candidates from various channels-online databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client decision-makers.
- Maintain candidate and client pipeline databases with accurate records.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations in the UAE.
- Support end-to-end hiring including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Required Qualifications - Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consultancy.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and market recruitment trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills - Experience recruiting across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, IT, or construction.
- Background in agency recruitment and client-facing roles.
