Job Summary

As a Recruiter at Swiss Connect Solutions, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across a range of sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers, build relationships with candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This role suits someone with strong communication, sales, and HR skills, who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal team and client companies to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
• Source candidates from various channels-online databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client decision-makers.
• Maintain candidate and client pipeline databases with accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations in the UAE.
• Support end-to-end hiring including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consultancy.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and market recruitment trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, IT, or construction.
• Background in agency recruitment and client-facing roles.
