temp-to-perm Recruiter
to join our high-performing, fully remote team. We’re seeking a proven, agency-trained recruiter who brings a strong foundation and can contribute from day one. This is a role with real ownership, where you’ll be expected to drive candidate delivery, placements, and long-term relationships. You’ll earn on placements, not just hours, with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role and build a long-term book of business over time. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys the pace, accountability, and relationship-building aspects of agency recruiting and is motivated by both performance and long-term growth. The transition into a permanent full-time role will be based on overall contribution to the business, including recruiting performance, client relationship management, and demonstrated potential to build and grow a book of business over time.
What You’ll Do:

Own and operate a full cycle recruiting desk, with responsibility for driving candidate delivery, placements, and long-term client relationships.

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and candidates, operating with strong emotional intelligence and a client-first mindset.

Source exceptional talent through ATS, recruiting platforms, and creative outreach strategies.

Drive thoughtful and timely placements, ensuring alignment across skillset, experience, and culture.

Support new business development efforts through relationship-building, referrals, and thoughtful outreach, with the long-term opportunity to grow your own book of business.

Maintain accurate, timely updates in the ATS and ensure clean, organized pipeline management.

Leverage technology and AI tools to improve workflows, sourcing effectiveness, and productivity.

Demonstrate consistency and reliability. Doing what you say you will do, when you say you will do it.

Track hours accurately and consistently to support client billing and internal accountability.

2+ years of proven full-cycle agency recruiting experience required.
