This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, problem-solving, and creating opportunities for others. The Recruiter serves as a helping hand throughout the hiring process — from first contact to first day — ensuring every candidate feels supported and every client receives reliable, motivated workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post, manage, and refresh job ads daily across job boards and social media platforms
• Call, text, and interview potential candidates to understand their skills, goals, and fit
• Match candidates to open roles and confirm all job details and expectations
• Schedule and confirm interviews, orientations, and start dates
• Conduct onboarding paperwork and maintain compliance standards
• Keep accurate and organized records of candidate communication, activity, and status updates in internal systems
• Manage candidate no-shows, replacements, and follow-ups promptly and professionally
• Coordinate daily with the sales/account team to stay updated on client needs
• Represent Hired in the community by posting flyers, visiting local businesses, and promoting opportunities if needed
• Maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging approach with every candidate interaction

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others succeed
• Willingness to occasionally travel locally for outreach, events, or marketing efforts

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
