Metrics Recruitment is partnered with a well-funded early-stage AI infrastructure startup in San Francisco that is hiring its first internal recruiter.
This is a high-ownership role focused on building and running the recruiting function from the ground up while also supporting light people operations and onboarding initiatives as the company scales.
Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical hires

Build sourcing pipelines and manage candidate process end-to-end

Partner closely with founders and hiring managers on hiring strategy

Help improve recruiting operations, coordination, and ATS workflows

Support onboarding and broader people/team operations as needed
Background

4–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in startup environments

Strong technical recruiting experience across engineering or product roles

Strong sourcing ability and startup mentality

High ownership, organized, and comfortable in fast-moving environments

Excited to help build a company from an early stage

Comfortable working on-site in San Francisco five days/week
