Overview

Lumos Dream Marketing is seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter to help us identify and connect with great talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and helping grow a team that supports meaningful nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates
• Review resumes and applications
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting databases
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding coordination as needed
• Support hiring managers in identifying top talent

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks efficiently
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Previous recruiting, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred
