Key Responsibilities

* Source and attract qualified candidates

* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

* Maintain candidate pipelines and databases

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

1–3 years of recruitment experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and coordination abilities

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
