Recruiter and Human Resource Specialist (Remote)

Karvel Consulting is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter & Specialist for its team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management
• Drive full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate intakes, and offer process
• Parse specialised skills and qualifications to screen technical resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions)
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
• Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Provide an exceptional interview experience to the candidates regardless of the outcome.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter of 1-2 years
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree is a must

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time, remote position requiring 45 hours per week. Your regular schedule will be Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM- Pakistan Standard time.
