The Role: Talent Hunter + People Connector + Team Builder

You'll be the person who finds the diamonds in the rough. The one who can spot a motion designer's potential in their portfolio before they even know they're ready for their next move. The recruiter who crafts outreach messages so compelling that passive candidates actually respond.

You're not filling seats. You're building the creative engine that powers everything we do.

Hunt for A-Players (The Fun Part)

  • Source incredible creative talent: YouTube creators, motion designers, video editors, scriptwriters, producers
  • Hunt across platforms: Behance, LinkedIn, Vimeo, YouTube, Telegram communities, portfolio sites
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach that gets responses (no generic "I came across your profile" stuff)
  • Build relationships with passive candidates who aren't actively job hunting
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of world-class talent before we need them

Screen Like a Pro

  • Conduct initial conversations to assess cultural fit, motivation, and communication skills
  • Evaluate portfolios with a critical eye - you'll learn to spot the difference between "pretty" and "exceptional"
  • Identify red flags early (the excuse-makers, the credit-stealers, the job-hoppers)
  • Pass only the strongest candidates to our hiring team

Own the Process (And Make Ours Better)

  • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Keep our Notion hiring pipeline organized and up-to-date
  • Create templates, refine messaging, improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with our team to understand exactly what "great" looks like for each role
  • Bring fresh ideas for where to find talent we haven't thought of

What We're Looking ForYour Must-Haves:

  • C1+ English fluency: You'll be reaching out to international talent and representing our brand in every conversation
  • Understanding of creative people: You get what makes designers, animators, and creators tick. You speak their language
  • Proven sourcing skills: You know how to find people online who aren't actively looking and get them interested
  • Strong interviewing abilities: You can ask the right questions, read between the lines, and "sell" our company authentically
  • Juggling superpowers: Managing 3-5 open positions at once doesn't stress you out—it energizes you
  • Eye for quality: You can look at a portfolio and understand what makes someone's work exceptional vs. just "good"

  • You've recruited for creative agencies, production studios, or design teams before
  • You understand the YouTube/content creation world
  • You're naturally curious about what makes great work great
  • You have your own examples of creative outreach that actually worked

Become a Sourcing Swiss Army Knife: One day you're hunting for motion designers on Behance. The next, you're finding YouTube creators in Discord communities. Then you're sourcing producers from agency networks. You'll master recruiting across wildly different creative disciplines, making you one of the most versatile recruiters in the space.

Logistics

  • Format: Part-time or full-time (flexible based on fit and availability)
