We are a leading healthcare consultancy in the UAE, specializing in healthcare licensing and HR solutions. We are looking for a Healthcare Licensing & HR Officer to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and well-versed in UAE healthcare professional qualification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process licensing applications for healthcare professionals in compliance with UAE regulatory standards (DOH, DHA, MOH).
• Guide and support clients through the licensing and credentialing process with professionalism and accuracy.
• Handle HR-related administrative tasks and maintain updated records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and efficient service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining professionalism and patience.
• Ensure high client return rate through excellent service and relationship management.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems effectively to manage workflows and client data.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare professional licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
• Proven experience in customer service and handling client concerns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage customer frustration and provide solutions calmly and effectively.
• Healthcare background or prior experience in healthcare consultancy is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
