Recruiter cum Office Assistant (Male – UAE Driving License Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Recruiter cum Office Assistant who can manage end-to-end recruitment (with strong focus on hiring Software Developers) along with day-to-day office administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to on boarding).
  • Develop and implement software developer hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
  • Manage candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Follow up with candidates during offer and joining stages.
  • Build a talent pipeline for IT positions (Developers, Designers, QA, etc.).

B. Office Administration Responsibilities

  • Handle reception duties and attend incoming calls.
  • Manage courier services and document dispatch.
  • Perform cheque deposits in bank.
  • Maintain and manage petty cash.
  • Handle purchase of pantry items and office utilities.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Provide general administrative support to management.

Requirements

  • Male candidate with valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in recruitment (IT hiring preferred).
  • Must be currently available in UAE.
  • Good communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Well-organized and trustworthy (cash handling responsibility).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
