Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Recruiter cum Office Assistant who can manage end-to-end recruitment (with strong focus on hiring Software Developers) along with day-to-day office administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to on boarding).
- Develop and implement software developer hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
- Manage candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates during offer and joining stages.
- Build a talent pipeline for IT positions (Developers, Designers, QA, etc.).
B. Office Administration Responsibilities
- Handle reception duties and attend incoming calls.
- Manage courier services and document dispatch.
- Perform cheque deposits in bank.
- Maintain and manage petty cash.
- Handle purchase of pantry items and office utilities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
Requirements
- Male candidate with valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in recruitment (IT hiring preferred).
- Must be currently available in UAE.
- Good communication skills (English mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Well-organized and trustworthy (cash handling responsibility).
