We are looking for expert recruiters that are experienced in finding, screening, and attracting applicants for open positions. The Recruiter must be able to own the entire talent acquisition process from end to end. This can include sourcing for candidates, advertising the job opening, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and working with hiring managers to find the right fit.
What does the Recruiter do?
A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Job Description & Responsibilities
· Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
· Post jobs and ensure job postings are accurate and clear
· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
· Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
· Identify future hiring needs
· Design and update job descriptions
· Source candidates through databases and social media
· Conduct interviews, file paperwork
· Keep abreast of employment law and legislation
· Create and maintain a database of applicants
· Oversee the hiring process and making necessary modification.
· Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as newspapers, social media, advertisements, etc.
· Collaborate with HR and the management of the recruitment process.
·
· Ensure the criteria for which the candidates are being tested are relevant to the job they have applied for.
· Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
· Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future.
· Work following company policy and standards.
· Ensure all the best recruiting equipment, software and practices are being used in the process.

Requirements
· At minimum a bachelor's or associate degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields.
· Prior experience in the Human Resource department of any organization.
· Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
· Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases.
· Hands on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
· Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
