Role Purpose (Why This Role Exists):

This role is designed for a high-potential individual who wants to step into the engine room of people-building.

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for scaling teams rapidly, onboarding talent virtually, and creating structure, clarity, and momentum through professional presentations, orientations, and training coordination.

You are not just hiring people.
You are building capacity, confidence, and culture—remotely.

Key Responsibilities:1. Bulk Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Execute high-volume recruitment for Work From Home roles across India
  • Source candidates via:
  • Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn)
  • Campus hiring & virtual drives
  • Referrals, social media, and outreach campaigns
  • Screen profiles, shortlist candidates, and schedule virtual interviews

2. Virtual Presentations & Candidate Engagement

  • Conduct structured online presentations to explain:
  • Role clarity
  • Work model (WFH)
  • Performance-based growth opportunities
  • Represent the organization with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
  • Answer candidate queries and handle objections effectively

3. Orientation & Onboarding

  • Manage virtual orientation sessions for newly recruited candidates
  • Ensure every hire understands:
  • Work process
  • Reporting structure
  • Performance expectations
  • Coordinate documentation and onboarding formalities digitally

4. Training Coordination & Management

  • Schedule and manage online training sessions
  • Track attendance, participation, and progress of recruits
  • Act as a bridge between trainers, management, and recruits
  • Maintain training records and performance feedback

5. HR Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, training sheets, and onboarding data
  • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment and training status reports
  • Support senior HR leadership in scaling remote teams efficiently

Who Should Apply (Ideal Profile):

  • Graduate / Final-year student / MBA (HR preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Comfortable speaking to large groups on Zoom/Google Meet
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and disciplined
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to learn recruitment, people management, and training systems

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Presentation & public-speaking confidence
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Email handling
  • High ownership and execution mindset
