Recruiter (High-Volume | Performance-Driven)

This role is for someone who loves recruiting and wants to get really good at it.

We are hiring a driven, high-output Recruiter to focus on sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the pipeline in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is a pure recruiting role. Your job is to build pipeline, engage candidates, and help us hire great people quickly.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management

  • Source candidates across multiple roles using job boards and outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates with no drop-offs

Screening and Candidate Experience

  • Conduct phone screens and initial evaluations
  • Assess candidate fit based on role requirements
  • Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the process

Pipeline Execution

  • Move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews with internal team members
  • Keep ATS updated, clean, and organized

Performance and Output

  • Hit weekly and monthly hiring goals
  • Maintain speed without sacrificing candidate quality
  • Stay on top of metrics and pipeline health

Compensation
Base salary of 52,000 to 65,000 plus performance-based incentives tied to hiring output
