WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own recruiting across key functions including growth, creative, e-commerce, retention, operations, and analytics

- Help build a high-performance, high-talent-density team as the company scales

- Source top candidates across DTC e-commerce, CPG, supplements, growth marketing, creative, and operations roles

- Manage the full hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance

- Write compelling job descriptions and outreach messages that attract high-quality candidates

- Build proactive candidate pipelines before roles become urgent

- Screen candidates for skill, ownership, speed, and overall fit with a high-performance environment

- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with leadership

- Improve hiring systems, scorecards, interview processes, and recruiting workflows

- Establish consistent standards for evaluating and selecting top talent

- Build relationships with recruiters, agencies, and talent communities

- Help identify future hiring needs and evolving org structure as the business grows

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within DTC e-commerce, consumer brands, startups, or agencies

- Strong understanding of key DTC roles (Media Buyer, Creative Strategist, CRO, Email/SMS, Influencer, Operations, etc.)

- Proven ability to identify and close high-quality candidates

- Strong judgment and high standards when evaluating talent

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment

BONUS

- Experience recruiting for supplements, wellness, or beauty brands

- Experience hiring remote teams

- Existing network of e-commerce operators, freelancers, or agencies

- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Upwork, Slack communities, or ATS systems
