Jzanus Home Care, Inc. is expanding into the Bronx and seeking a motivated Recruiter / HR Coordinator to help build our caregiver team from the ground up. This is a brand-new office, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
· Recruit, screen, and hire qualified PCAs and HHAs
· Conduct interviews in English and Spanish
· Utilize online job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
· Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
· Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with NYS home care requirements
· Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
· Collaborate with HR and Operations to meet staffing goals
Requirements:
· Bilingual Spanish (Required)
· Minimum 1 year home care recruiting experience
· Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
· Energetic, professional, and results-driven
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver’s license preferred
