JOB SUMMARY:


The Recruiter I at Argano plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process for an organization. The primary responsibility of a Recruiter I is to support the recruitment team in finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions within the company. This role is responsible for assisting the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. They play a key role in the candidate sourcing, screening, and initial assessment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.

· Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates to gauge interest and assess basic qualifications.

· Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

· Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, work experience, and cultural fit.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate preferences.

· Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring timely and efficient coordination between candidates and interviewers.

· Communicate effectively with candidates to provide information about the interview process, company culture, and expectations.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

· Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.

· Provide support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

· Lead talent intelligence efforts by providing in-depth market analysis, competitor insights, and recommendations to adapt the recruitment strategy.

· Take ownership of employer branding campaigns, leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance the company's reputation among prospective candidates.

· Utilize benchmarking data to evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

· Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content and fostering relationships with potential candidates. Work on global contractor onboarding process using JIRA ticketing system

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION :

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE :

· 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.

· Proven track record of successfully closing positions.

· Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

· Familiarity with job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS ·

  • Screening and Evaluation: Basic understanding of resume screening and initial candidate assessment. Ability to conduct preliminary interviews and gather relevant information.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Basic organizational and multitasking abilities. Managing candidate pipelines and keeping accurate records.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Willingness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition function.
  • Advanced Sourcing: Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
  • Interviewing Skills : Ability to assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis. Ability to provide insights on talent market conditions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes.
