Inside the SCIF, you will:

  • review candidates early and leave notes that address concerns before any reviewer enters
  • collaborate directly with clients in the same environment
  • use high‑end, category‑creating tools to analyze, comment, shortlist, engage, compare, and vet candidates
  • use our Comparison Matrix to compare any two candidates on anything job‑related
  • ask Maven anything — strategy, framing, risk detection, narrative preparation
  • see who enters the SCIF, how often they engage, and what they interact with
  • benefit from built‑in warm business development as every new viewer is automatically tracked

Maven handles the administrative friction.
You handle the intelligence, collaboration, and client relationship — with tools designed to make you stand out above everyone else.

What we're looking for:

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (including sourcing, outreach, and cold calling)
  • Must be willing to do some initial cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Proven full cycle recruiting experience, legal preferred but not required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self‑motivation
  • Comfortable with technology and new tools
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Ability to manage multiple searches with structure and discipline

Compensation

  • Commission‑based
  • Splits are structured to reward performance and long‑term partnership.
