Join the Northwestern Mutual - St Louis team as a Recruiter and play a key role in building the next generation of Financial Advisors. This is a relationship-driven, high-impact role where you’ll connect with top talent and help grow a thriving office.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and develop effective referral sources and productive centers of influence (COIs)
- Identify, maintain, and coordinate lead strategies from a variety of sources (i.e. referrals, COIs, advertising, social media, etc.)
- Actively participate in the community and organizations to promote/ brand Northwestern Mutual
- Develop referral networks and Centers of Influence (COIs)
- Interview and guide candidates through a mutually beneficial selection process
- Partner with leadership to hit recruiting goals

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year + bonuses tied to hiring success
