We are expanding FAST and looking for a high-performing Real Estate Recruiter who knows how to bring serious talent into the Dubai property market.

This is NOT for average recruiters.
We need someone aggressive, target-driven, and hungry to build a winning sales force.

YOUR ROLE:
✅ Source & hire experienced Property Consultants / Real Estate Agents
✅ Conduct daily interviews & candidate screening
✅ Build a strong pipeline through portals, LinkedIn, referrals & database hunting
✅ Coordinate onboarding of selected candidates
✅ Ensure monthly hiring targets are achieved
✅ Bring in quality closers — not just CVs

WHO WE WANT:
✔ Experience in Real Estate Recruitment / Sales Recruitment in Dubai
✔ Strong knowledge of hiring portals & LinkedIn sourcing
✔ Excellent communication & convincing skills
✔ Can work under pressure & achieve recruitment targets
