Position Summary
The Bilingual Recruiter plays a critical role in driving high‑volume hiring across multiple warehouse and logistics sites. This role requires Spanish/English fluency, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to travel with short notice to support urgent staffing needs, job fairs, and onsite hiring events. You will manage full‑cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and ensure compliance across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full‑cycle recruiting — Screen resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
- High‑volume hiring — Source and hire large applicant pools for warehouse, logistics, and support roles.
- ATS management — Track applicant progress, maintain organized candidate records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Talent sourcing — Engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and community outreach.
- Hiring manager partnership — Build strong relationships to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
- Compliance — Conduct employment law checks and ensure all recruiting activities meet federal, state, and regional labor regulations.
- Travel support — Travel to sites with 24–72 hours’ notice for ramp‑ups, orientations, and hiring events.
- Internal recruiting initiatives — Support internal mobility, promotions, and cross‑department staffing needs.
- Candidate experience — Provide bilingual communication and support throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice.
- Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of employment and labor law across multiple regions.
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with talent sourcing, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi‑site recruiting across different states.
- Knowledge of local labor markets and competitive wage positioning.
- Experience running onsite orientations and supporting onboarding.
- Background in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply‑chain environments.
- Physical & Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel frequently, sometimes with minimal notice.
- Ability to stand, walk, and support onsite hiring events for extended periods.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
